Define the measure

Accuracy can be measured by location, item, unit quantity, or transaction. Define the denominator and any tolerance before comparing areas or time periods.

Common discrepancy causes

Receiving errors, incorrect moves, unrecorded damage, duplicate transactions, wrong locations, labeling issues, picking mistakes, return handling, and delayed system updates can all create mismatches.
